Just about two months ago I bought a new siriusxm onyx radio package. It cost me $152. The first radio would not hold a signal. I put up with that for a month. Called and the sent me a replacement radio but it has done the same thing. I called and they were going to send another replacment radio. But for some reason it got returned to your ups department. So I called again and now they are sending me a 4th radio. They said I would receive a confirmation email. But I have yet to receive it. The confirmation number the lady gave me. I asked them to send me the replacement 10 inch Antena that came with the package as that might be some of the problem but they never sent one. For to months I have had to pay for a service I rarely get. Can anything be done about my bill. I don't want to cancel my subscription but if this doesn't get straightened out I will have no choice. Im not going to pay for something I can't enjoy without a hassle and I do love my Sirius.
