just want to make you aware of my feelings regarding JCP.
This weekend i purchased a 10 pc cookware set on sale. at checkout, i found out i was being charged, $10.00 for an oversize package. well, i received the package today. let me tell you something, the UPS man, could have delivered this package, one under each arm, skipping on one leg. This surcharge strikes me as a scam, the sale in big bold letters, and the upcharge in small letters hidden on the screen. You promote in the "sale", and take back in the upcharge. i knew i should have purchased at Amazon, as they never have issues delivering packages to me.
Needless to say, i will be very wary shopping at JCP in the future. probably, this experience will cost you more than the $10.00, it cost me.
i did call customer service, to voice my feelings, but they didnt seem overly concerned, so i am dropping you note. thank you and be well.
