Sir,
May I kindly address 5 points of grievance.

1) I spent over 2 hours today to order $122 and change of items only to find out at the end "spend over $100, get $20.00" promo does not apply to me.
2) ADELMA Employee # 12591 in Colorado was going to give me a 10% discount. But find out after 5 minutes that she couldn't till I submitted my order at $122+10 tax.
3) She was not able to escalate this after I told her I spend 2 hours on finalizing this order.
4) The reason for the 2 hours: the cart did NOT save my items. I had to find it all over again. Your site is not user friendly in this respect.

So in all, over a diffence of $8 is with the 10% discount, as opposed to the $20 off (after spending $100), your company is willing to loose a customer for life.

Insult to injury.
