Sir,
My company serviced your company providing Catering Services in Nigeria for quite a number of years until our contract terminated in June 2013
We have had invoices outstanding for payment from 31st May 2009 through June 2013
value circa Naira 45 Million not a large amount but however payment due for services provided
We have been discussing this with your people in Lagos since contract end, with promises received but no payment
The reason I am contacting you is that I was reading through the company code of conduct, and I thought you should be aware of this problem
Any assistance in settlement would be appreciated, as we do not wish to proceed with court
