Sir my husband passed away in March this year. We are both PayPal members. I have tried for months to reclaim the balance held in his account. I have faxed all documentation required ie Death certificate, copy of Probate etc but To no avail and the latest call revealed nothing had been received. Ive been dealing with Courtney! This is causing me unbelievable distress at a time when I really cant cope. Any help would be so grateful
