Sir or madam,
I have been trying to get service since june 27th. hardly anyone has contacted me to let me know whats going on.
i have been given numerous dates of service, I have called at least a dozen times (fact not exaggrated).
Please look at my file and you can see whats been happening.
I am beyond mad at this point.
Just this week I have made at least 5 to 6 calls, only to be told that they keep moving my install date.
I can be contacted
Do not try contacting me by email as i need to call my cousin up to see if i can use his computer, which is not easy to do.
