Cathy sent a message to James Goodnight CEO, SAS Institute – email address that said:
Sir,
There is a store in Burbank, CA off OLIVE AVE with a very disturbed sales rep and is giving this store, your Brand a very bad name. If I was so inclined I would have filmed her and posted it, but at the very least I think you should be aware.
I have contacted SAS via their website. Posted a warning on YELP and if I do not hear back I will most definitely contact the BBB. People have a right to shop without fear.
She is by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in person.
All because the last time I was there, for less than 45 minutes, I tried on too many shoes. For this she first asked me to leave, then threatened to call the cops on me. Burbank is a town I have lived and raised my kids for the last 10 years. This person is a sad testament to how mean people can be, and in a town like Burbank with 100k people with a small town charm, it's why we pay to live here and the owners would open a Store on Olive.
