Sir, Various problems with my Part D which I cannot resolve. I have registered for automatic refills which are not sent to me in a rational manner (usually too
early). Attempts at resolution with your agents in foreign countries are unsatisfactory. I have indicated a credit card to pay my plan fee each month, but have now received 2 notices indicating that I will be disenrolled if I do not pay up. Can you please put me in touch with 1 person who will help me and whom I will be able to understand. Thanks.
