Sir, why does the McDonalds on Brainerd Rd. In Chattanooga, Tn. are never open 24 Hrs. As advertised. That is the worse McDonalds there is. You go at 11:00 p.m. You stay in line at the drive thru and wait only for a rude female to say "we are closed for the night" no sorry for the inconvenience. The commercial saying open 24 hrs. need to be remade. This was not the first time. Would you please address this problem please. Thanks.
