Prabhat sent a message to Akio Toyoda President and CEO, Toyota Motor Corporation – email address that said:
Sir your customer handling is so poore..I have very bad experience y your company.i bought Toyota Innova last year and the fuel tank of the car started leaking 2 months ago.your company denied to replace it.and when I replaced it through insurance now it started leaking since 2 days from the same point.now your people again denied to replace it.but they are not giving any reason for that..I m fed up now..I will never suggest any one to buy Toyota product ever..they are arrogant and cheaters..they don't know how to treat their customers...
