I was a bill me later customer bought by paypal. The changes that paypal claimed they would not make were made so dissatisfaction among the bill me later customers rose.. Today after trying to get paypal to fix a problem they created for 6 days I spent 3 hours on the phone and my last words were I really dont care if you keep the account going after I just told you to go ahead and close it and you have some stupid reason you need to keep it open I have no intention of ever doing business with you again . Half your help had no idea why my account was blocked the other half knew but did not know what to do to fix it over the 6 days. I reached the place of quitting your business when the conversation became this stupid. Sir the reason your blocked out of your account is because we cant believe you ran an antivirus check and you wont send us a screen shot proving you did because there was a transaction today that you disputed when we let you on your account that occurred today. My response was how did you know to block me from my account 5 days before the transaction occurred? I have no idea if you have what it takes to realize that had to be the stupidest point of view when they could not answer the question? I am hoping someone in your organization has the sense to realize that you it / security group is having problems. They might need some help understanding that they screwed up my account for 5 days before the transaction they are claiming is the reason they closed my account. May I suggest you open up a psychic hot line instead of the business your in.
