Sir,
I am emailing you because I have reached my frustration with Century Link. Every time I call your customer service it takes an average of an hour if not longer to resolve my issue. My set top box that you advertise is so simple to move and use isn't working and now won't power on. I have a simple request, there is a Century Link building 10 minutes away from my house and I wish to exchange my bad box for a good one instead of spending an hour of my time to have someone come come out when I could save your company and my time. I know this is well below you, but I'm sure you can agree that time is precious and I like you value my time and wish not to waste it talking to customer service. I appreciate your time.
