Dear Mr Meyer,
I\'m a customer of Sirius XM Radio who recently spoke with your call center to tell them to cancel the subscription on one of my cars and to transfer my prepaid subscription to another car leased this past summer. Apparently, this is easy to do on one side of your customer service house. But, completely uncoordinated with the side that turns off an on the actual service. I say this because despite confirmation this was done, the service to my newer lease car was turned off today. I spoke with customer service several times earlier this year to verify they had the correct information so I\'m convinced the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. This translates to poor customer relations and e-mail to the CEO to get his collective departments on the same page.
