Dear Mr. Meyer, I am sorry to bringing this to your attention. I am a valued customer of Sirius XM Radio and I am very disapointed with the service I received by Sirius on 1DEC 2015 at 10:15pm. I called stating that I received earlyer in the day a letter from Kathy Thomson Chief Marketing Officer SiriusXM Radio and the letter read: "Dear Douglas Rogers , as a thank you for bringing in your Mercedes Benz CLA-250 class for a service visit on NOVEMBER 6,2015, SirusXM and you Dealer are giving you a FREE 2-MONTH TRIAL SBSCRIPTION TO SIRUSXM Satellite Radio. Since your vehicle is already factory-equipped with a SiriusXM radio-all you need to do is call 1-855-682-7484 to activate your free sirius select trial. I did this, as per the phone conversation they stated they do not have a free trial in the system and their is nothing they can do for me and they are sorry for the mixup. This is not exceptable they should not send letters if the company is not going to honor it. As you can see in this letter I am disapointed as being a valued customer and just wanted to bringing this to your attention if you don\'t know what is going on.
