My termination of service two months ago is ignored, billing continues at $12.20 per month, since your operation only accepts voice input, avoiding real documentation of email or fax orders I can't prove my claim owing to hearsay protocol in your favor at my expense. I hope you can record my wishes with staff to get the job done, and refund the overcharges made in error. Additionally, my call to the 866 number was totally garbled this am, with boilerroom background noise excessive. PS- my replacement internet radio is great, with no fade, static, or trash music prevailing.
