Evening sir, I am a 13 yr subscriber, that is, until today. I've had enough {pardon the starkness} bullshit from your "customer service. You've made it impossible to enjoy the service, make self changes {add/delete radios} without 30+ minutes listening to someone try and beg you to "upgrade, add more, stream us anywhere", then quote a price that is filled with hidden fees & false fronts. Your business has become an only choice for listeners & has lost any kind of customer respect other than to find a way to charge more. BTW, your "service" isn't much better than it was 12 yrs ago, in fact, it was better customer relations before you took over the competition. Forcing all to suffer with one provider. I will be speaking with everyone I know personally & on social media for all to check into what they are actually paying you. I will be using apps from now on for my music, as they want me as a customer, & give something back now and again as appreciation. Not just up the rates with no notice, no bullshit "customer service", etc. etc. You need to make some serious changes or you will not survive for long. The last 3 years has been nothing but nightmares' with your customer service & I'm done with it. Thank you your time...A ticked off ex-customer.
