Good morning Mr. Meyer, my name is Annette Ferguson and I am concerned that when I cancel my services I am now receiving a phone stating that I owe $125.76. This would be from my Chevy Equinox that was totaled in May and which I cancelled my subscription in May. The young man I spoke with on Sunday argued with me and stated that I did not cancel. Mr. Meyer I have cancelled all of my services with Sirius including my new vehicle Infinity QX60. I know I cancelled and didn't think I would need to keep the cancellation number this long. He stated that he only shows that I cancelled my Chevy Malibu which can't be true, because I received a small refund when I cancelled the Infinity.
I would like to have someone to call me with a resolution 916-284-3941. I do not owe a balance.
