Good Morning Mr. Myer. I hope you are having a great day. Mr. Myer I have a problem. I called to talk with a customer service rep. I asked to be transferred to an American rep. because I made a grave mistake on yesterday when we changed my services. I am elderly and often time have problems with accents. I held for 15 min. and the then phone line was cut. I have been hold for 35 min. today and am still holding for an American rep. I don't mean any disrespect but I don't understand why it takes so long to talk with an American rep. I want to cancel my services if this is service I receive when I need to talk with a person I can understand. And I would like all the money that has been taken from my checking account replace.
