Hello Sir. I am sorry to contact you, as I know that you are the CEO of the Sirius, over $700B company, and my issue is a mere $75-$500 resolution. I'm hoping that you are a man of resolve, because after two weeks of trying to get resolution from your base level employees, I'm finding that they either do not have the knowledge, the training, or have not been empowered to assist their customers appropriately.
