Newark Police Detective Graham sent a message to James Meyer that said:
Hello Sir, my department has sent your company a subpoena to attempt to have one of your radios on inside of a carjacked vehicle. Your company will not honor this subpoena, and keeps asking the Newark Police Department to give them money to activate this radio. Can you please contact my unit at 9737334418 to rectify this issue.
