I am writing this in the hopes of having someone understand that all I am looking for is to receive the same 'special' that a friend of mine did. She has had SiriusXM in her cars for several years much like me. I was actually in the car with her when the person on the telephone started at $300 and took her offer down to the $99 currently offered to new customers. I just contacted by chat Sirius and was told my radio was not eligible. All I am asking for is to pay you the $99 up front for the year. Is that so much to ask from a customer who has been with you for many years? Obviously I like this radio and all I am looking for is to be able to take advantage of this just as she did for both of her vehicles. I certainly hope that you can be of help. If not, then I would like to cancel my car subscription and just use my mobile app as it is very convenient having it no matter where I am.
