Ann Tomlinson sent a message to James Meyer that said:

I have an issue with your accounting dept. They claim they did not receive my 1st check, and when I mailed the 2nd check, I stopped payment on the 1st check. 6 days later they claim they found it and when tried to cash it was not good. Mailed 2nd check Dec. 4th and to date they have not received it. Seems you have a most inefficient accounting dept. I don't have trouble with other companies I mail a check to. Keep getting emails that I am past due. I plan to cancel once I get this taken care off. Very poor service. Been a long time customer often times with multiple vehicles.
