Rodney Carriker sent a message to James Meyer that said:

I have been a customer a long time, so long that my equipment quit working and is no longer used.

I had just paid my annual and asked to get a replacement unit.

They wanted to bill me for it.

So instead of sending an old customer a replacement unit, your people chose to send my money back.
