I just called the SiriusXM/WelomeBack1 phone number and was helped by a very polite woman with a very strong accent. She kept me on the phone for 16 minutes to setup my account. The problem was I could not understand a word she was saying due to her accent. This made it very difficult to figure out what I was signing up for. The mailer I received from you said I could reopen my account on line. I must say that it would have been a lot less frustrating to do so. Why do American companies insist on outsourcing their customer service employees. You may be losing business because of this problem.
