Re: Sirius Radio
Having been a long time customer I recently cancelled services for two vehicles and thought perhaps you should be aware of my reasoning.
I was told last year that I would receive notice of renewal and would not be charged until accepted. Price for two vehicles hit at over $400 for one year without my approval, however I had received an offer of $99 for three years by email which, when I called to accept I was denied! $99 per vehicle for three years vs $200+ per vehicle for one year - yes after many years I cancelled your service.
Now again by mail I have received the $99 for three years offer and called to enquire with a view to accept, however I was told because the radio in my vehicle, when purchased did not work and was replaced within days of said purchase that the ID number associated with my current radio did not correspond with this offer.
Result better offers are being made to non customers than to loyal customers.
As a matter of customer retention this does not seem to be the best of business plans and in this case you have lost two subscribed vehicles and a third to come.
From my email your offer:
"James, Don't Miss This Amazing Offer for your GMC Sierra 1500!
3 Years for $99 - That's 82% OFF! | Or call 1-877-246-0714"
Same offer now received by mail.
Your attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated, as at $99 per vehicle for three years, I would again have an interest in your service.
James Watt
