Sirius Customer Service is terrible. This morning I called twice this morning and got an off shore rep both times. The first time, I could not understand her because of the level of her voice and her English (I have a hearing problem) and the second time the man I got listened to what I said and said he would help and then total silence for 3 or 4 minutes I hung up. Please improve the Call Centers for you company. I really would like to talk to a Customer Service Rep who I can understand and doesn't put me on ignore. Thank You. John Simpson (210) 912-5111
