The reason I joined was to listen to the SPA channel which they discontinued without any warning. The Customer Service Department
didn't understand...they just repeated it had been replaced with the George Michael channel. I don't see the connection, and don't appreciate them changing programming without any notice. Issue was not resolved...very poor customer service, and am pursuing cancelling this service along with posting this information on every website I can find, including PISSEDCONSUMER.COM
