YOU REALLY NEED TO GET YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE BILLING DEPT BACK IN THE US. I SPENT 45 MINTUES ON THE PHONE WITH THESE GUYS AND RENEWED TWO OF MY 3 RAIDOS. GAVE THEM MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND ASKED NOT TO BE ON AUTO RENEW. SO, THEY CHARGED MY CARD 3 TIMES, TOOK THE CARD OUT, THEN MAILED ME TWO SEPERATE CHECKS, ONE FOR 42 AND ONE FOR 38 DOLLARS. YOU REALLY NEED OT FIX THIS, IT'S NOT NEW, ITS SUCKED FOREVER. I'M A LONG TIME CUSTOMER. THIS IS SOOOOO FRUSTRATING. I HAVE ONE LIFETIME SUB, AND ONE IN EACH BMW.
