Your phone bank answering service sucks!!! Worst I have experienced from any corporation. I was hung up on a few times by it. Then when I finally got thru to an operator an requested a manager, twice those individuals hung up on me. Whatever third party out of the country shit hole you have this service thru you should cancel asap.
Also I would like to point out to you that whoever sets up your services does a pretty bad job at it. I just found that I have three accounts for my various radios instead of just one.
Suggestion: maybe go back to a pre-paid 1 year subscription option, It makes it a lot easier to keep track of.
