Although your telephone call center is in the Philippines, I found the customer service representative to be attentive, polite, responsive and informative. He answered all of my questions and made it GREAT to do business with your firm.
My ONLY suggestion is to keep your current promo price point for all renewals. It is a reasonable price point. Anything higher than this current pricing would sway me to going back to radio, my MP3 player or stream from my phone (I have unlimited data).
