I have never received terrible service from a company than Siriux XM Radio. First, when I tried to cancel my services initially, I was unable to get a live person because the line was busy. I used the chat service and confirmed cancellation through this form of communication only to find out I was charged for yet another annual promotion. Although I called to called to cancel my services, I was charged $120.19 after the fact. I had to call Sirius XM and speak to a representative for over 40 min to get partial credit because they pro-rated for the days it wasn't cancelled. I have never been so frustrated and impatient with a business just to cancel a renewal service. I completely regret the trial service. Please note that speaking to Customer Service does not help the situation.
