I having been trying to resolve the promotion for the echo dot.
I signed up two of my radios and provided pictures of the promotion. No response.
I have been in touch with the call center and been on the phone for over an hour with 5 different people at each, a higher lever.
I was given a reference and was told I would be contacted in 5-7 days. Still no response.
I sent email with reference number. âCan not find numberâ. I have been with your company since 2008 and have had many problems with the call center.
I was a stock holder and sold because of the poor customer service.
I am asking for your assistance.
