I hope someone can help me I have been on the phone with customer service twice with in last two hours, both times disconnected, and not including over 45 minutes in April of 2021. I originally called to transfer my service from our 2020 Lincoln Account: 456780052021 to our new Lincoln Account: 111277202326 apparently that never took place. Your customer Service associates really have a hard time understanding my issue . I just like to cancel the original service and transfer to the new Lincoln Aviator that's all ,they just don't understand. I have been a customer for over 10 years and never had any issue before. Please Help Thank You John Aprea
