I received an undated letter from Sirius XM stating that I had a 3 month free trial period.
At the bottom of the letter was a statement that the subscription would automatically STOP unless I decide to subscribe. This requires an affirmative act on my part. However, when the account was established the provisions were that there would be an automatic RENEWAL unless I acted.
I want automatic stop as the letter states. iF IT IS IN ERROR, CORRECT IT.
