Mr Meyer,

I hope you are well today. I am an outside sales rep, and my husband is as well. We travel extensively and enjoy our Sirius radio entertainment. However, every single year, for both of our cars, we get a huge bill (one was for $342.78, the other at $22.08/month, or $264 per year. That total is $606.00 per year. Every year, I call Sirius and have o wait anywhere from 20-45 minutes to complain about the charge, only to have your phone rep say "we can offer you this promotional rate of $99, but you have to agree to automatic billing when your contract is up". I typically have done this- it is quite annoying, my blood is boiling when I finish the conversation... until the next year, and the HUGE bill comes ... again. Mr Meyer, I am 52 years old, and I am blessed to make a good living, so I do business with alot of different companies. Sirius XM, hands down, has the WORST business model of any company I have ever dealt with in my life. With COVID 19 leaving families, like mine, with a breadwinner out of work, I think it is time for your company to seriously re-think your way of doing business. Instead of irritatingly agreeing to take your $99 promotional rate, I declined and had your rep cancel the service on my 2018 Camry, and my husbands Dodge Ram. There are too many other services of entertainment, podcasts, Audible, and many others, for me to continue to put up with this ridiculous non-sense from Sirius year after year. I would agree to the $99 promotional rate for both my car and my husbands truck if I am not forced to agree to the automatic renewal. I hope you will consider a few changes in the way you do business. Regards, A long time customer, Holly Hutto
