I am Emad Abdullah Elhammamy from the Arab Republic of Egypt and want to Introduce to you my following complaint: -
- On 06.15.2012 I purchased a Nissan Sunny model 2013 new form N 17 and described as follows chassis and motor number color bronze automatic from Nissan Motor Company Egypt through International Trading and General Import and Export, a

- It is on 07/04/2015 During driving the aforementioned car I noticed emission fire smell and stopped on the spot and opened the car hood and found a resurgence fire from car hood and smoke emissions from motor and immediately I used the fire extinguishers to put out the fire which led to burning most of the parts and also burning car paint inside and out and so I brought a winch to lift the car and go to the authorized Nissan service center - Ahmed Marei - in Alexandria on 08/04/2015
Since that date, and to date no they got the car, with no replacement with new ones despite the fact that what happened and the fire was caused by an industry defect in the car
- And when Nissan Motors Egypt Company refused to replace the car, I made a complaint to the Egyptian Administration of Consumer Protection which the complaint has been shown that:-

1. The car was used for 38 thousand kilometers and Im doing all periodic both maintenance in specific dates and distances specified warranty booklet and before deadlines and distances specified warranty booklet and that the car is still in the warranty period.

2. The car was not the misuse and representative of Nissan Motor Company Egypt admitted during interrogation sessions in the investigation of the complaint that the cause of the fire is defective industry from the factory.

3. The Egyptian Administration of Consumer Protection has decided to oblige chairman of Nissan Motor Company Egypt replacing the car with a new one of the same type, model, and specifications.

4. The company has refused implementing the decision which is referred the complaint to the judiciary to adjudication.

5. The car still at the authorized Nissan service center with no replacement with new ones.

So I ask you to kindly order to dissolve the subject of the complaint on the companys reputation
