Dear Mr Gunn, we bought a king bed last year. I am 6.4" and our old queen was a bit small. We bought a frame as well. It is quite a big price. The bed we purchased was sinking maybe after 8 month considerably. When we went to the shop to inquire the sales person told us we should have slept on the middle. That is a weird instruction, nobody told us, and my wife was working out of town for about 6 month so I was sleeping on the bed alone. The big indentations are making the bed impossible to sleep on. We have sent a photo and request to the customer service and read the warranty.
