So this is what is happening with the dog I ordered for Christmas. Retruned twice and was over charged for twice. They called and corrected the late fees and the price as they should and before I could pay charged me a late fee. KOHLS response online so far.

yes as it should have been...look again and you will see a late charge was removed and the very next moment one was added... back to my original request. Remove the late charge that was automatically applied after corporate removed. Please look into this and adjust. I

no reason for that second late fee when it was removed in order for me to pay the balance of $53.99 that was owed.
