People's lives and dignity include privacy and liberty. Those are obliterated by My wife's, my daughter's, my granddaughters' privacy is grossly violated by being in a restroom or locker room with a biological male who may or may not think he is female.
My liberty is obliterated by being forced to lend my profession, my trade, my presence to affirm a ritual that is intrinsically disordered.
Analogous to Albrecht Gessler in William Tell, you may as well advocate having the rainbow flag run up a pole in every town square and forcing passersby to salute it.
This is the same forced speech you objected to in the FBI's suit. Die Gedanken sind frei!
