Someone in your company dropped the ball, and no one seems willing to pick it – Thomas M Rutledge email address

David Banks sent a message to Thomas M. Rutledge Chief Executive Officer and President of Charter Communications, Inc. Email Address that said:

Someone in your company dropped the ball, and no one seems willing to pick it up and fix the problem.

This may be a small problem from your perspective, but its a major issue for those affected. A number of newest homes in a recent development in South Carolina are without any cable facilities. The installation for the development was never completed by Spectrum, and all people contacted indicate it could take months for the issue to be resolved. In question is the extension of the infrastructure to the last couple of hundred of feet into this development, which has been under construction for several years. The work should take only a couple of days, but it has still not been scheduled after months of promises to waiting customers.

What does it take to get issues like this resolved? It seems that all the promises coming from the top of the Spectrum pyramid are hollow when there are loose ends like this that are not getting fixed.

Please advise. Thank you.

Sincerely,

David A. Banks
