Hello I am referring to once of LCD tv where SONI failed to service it by saying its out dated. Secondly Soni failed to provide me the spares for the same. ?It is available in different country but they only provide internally not to public. This is the second product which i need to throw due to service deficiency by the service centre and made my mind to move away from sony produts. My suggestion if you can not service atleast provide spares. So that people can get it repaired out side also. Hope you will mind living me from your product . I was one of the sony admirer . i have all your product TV 26 inches 28 years old LCD LED sony muisic system DVD Sony phone/ PS2/3/4 VITA PSP. i shall be waiting for your reply
