I am a fan of SONY, my home is filled with Sony product alone...Laptop, mobile and TVs etc., I have purchased two TVs 2 years back in Oman. One I sent to my home in India and the other I use in Oman. Both of them got into trouble on colour / vision related. At both locations reported concerns were not attended. In oman, Jumbo has given field guy\'s number - Jacob - 95744294 and that gives another person Ebenezer who did not turn up so far. It is a matter of 10 days concern. In India, local distributor declined to attend as it was purchased in Oman. When I approached local repairers they say it is a common problem in Sony TV for IC to go. I am just shattered over the confidence of SONY TV that is famous for colour. Jumbo\'s attitude is fuel to fire. Pl advise the concern to address the concern free of cost due to their procrastinated delay in addressing the concern both in Oman and as well as In India.
