Sorry to say that I am totally frustrated dealing with the Customer Service Reps with Century Link when I call. I am trying to get my billing statements resolved for quite sometime now, after being transferred sometimes to 3 or 10 people, I am either hung up on, disconnected, or given during today's call, the excuse their computer needs rebooting and they will call me back. No call back. Currently, my service is disconnected but, I am still being billed. However this is only just one of the problems I am experiencing and trying to get resolved. I find that no one is assisting or trying to get this dire situation resolved. Also just wanted to mention that my husband and I are Seniors living on Social Security. If needed, Please, can someone help in getting my billing statements resolved asap? Thank you.
