Good afternoon. With the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus, what kind of precautionary measures is Southwest Airlines doing to protect both passengers and staff? I ask because I represent a company that produces a patented non GMO probiotic that is distributed through an atomizer. This probiotic substantially reduces microbial contaminations on the interior surfaces of planes, offices, schools, etc. We spend 90% of our time indoors and our indoor air quality is 5x worse than outdoors. This probiotic is effective against the Coronavirus. The company has entered into a 9 month test phase with another internationally based airline. This may be something Southwest should think about.
