Dear Mr. Kelly,
I have been a loyal Southwest customer for many years and prefer to fly Southwest over any airline. However, due to a family illness I had to cancel a reservation this year and paid to have a credit for travel that ends on December 29th, 2020. I have asked for an extension, but was denied. We have not been able to use this credit due to extenuating circumstances surrounding travel during Covid. I would very much like to have a 1-2 month extension on my credit, in hopes that travel restrictions will ease up in that period.
