Dear Sir,
I would like to have you consider adding refund options to customers once a trip has been cancelled, I had paid for 4 flights for a trip in June 2020 that was cancelled due to COVID-19. Two of the reservations were for my daughter & grandson, we were going to a family wedding. My daughter & grandson do not regularly fly & will not use the credited travel funds before they expire, nor beyond that should an additional extension be given. I would like consideration to be made that refunds are given back to the purchaser, me in this case, & not to the person named on the reservation. Travel funds or voucher back to me seems appropriate considering my circumstances. I would hope that is is not Southwest's intent to keep unused funds when other options seem viable. I appreciate your time in reviewing this matter. Corrine Askim
