Hello, I have been a Southwest customer for over 30 years. Overall I have been pleased with traveling on the airlines. But today I have a real issue.
I just watched a video of a black man being removed from a southwest flight. He was asked to leave for lowering his mask to eat peanuts. He appeared to be calm and never caused a problem. The curious thing is this: He was wearing a facemask and hat supporting President Trump.
Based on this video it sure appears to be a case of discrimination and the denial of his freedom of expression.
I am deeply troubled by what I saw and I want you to know unless something is done to address this injustice by you, as the leader of SWA I will never fly SWA again.
