Hi Im writing to you in regards to unused credit that I have that is to expire May 20, 2020. I called and spoke with a couple of agents. I asked them about not being able to fly during this covid 19 pandemic. With the government warning people to stay off of planes cruise ships, restaurants, stores, etc. And now they have extended the rule till April 30th. I had been very ill for the last 6 months of 2019, I haven't had the chance to go anywhere at all. I am asking that since we do not know how long this virus is going hang around, would you please consider at least giving me to the end of the year to use my credit? I would be very appreciative & grateful.I am a dedicated Southwest flyer!!! I love Southwest. I wanna keep flying with Southwest, so I would think you all would want your customers to keep coming back. Thank you very much!!
