i am asking for a refund to my credit card for a group travel reservation that had to be cancelled due to the coronavirus. The governor of California shut down all golf courses in Palm Springs which was going to be our eventual destination. We flew Southwest even though most of the guys wanted to fly directly into Palm Springs but I talked them into flying Southwest. The cause of this is out of both of our control but since you made a change in the "Early Bird" refund policy this one also needs to be changed also.
