I am requesting a refund of 659.92 for 2 tickets purchased in Feb. 2020. This would have been my time flying, and I don't travel by plan. Since I have had heart surgery, my son thought it would be best to fly. This sight form which I purchase the ticket did not state that their was no refund. If so I would not have made the purchase. Flight was cancelled because all the hotels would be closing. I have no plans to travel in the future. I need my $659.92 returned. My Conf #T42L95, travel time would have been 03/23/20-03/26/20. Thanks for your time.
